Have A Very Merry Christmas in Marbella

MARBELLA is located in the Andalucian region of Spain and thus, it has a very unique Mediterranean view. At this time of the year, a lot of people from Britain and Scandinavian countries troop here to spend Christmas in a very Mediterranean way. However, there are not as many people as there are during summer when Marbella has visitors as its peak. Yet again, winter is not as cold here as the rest of Spain so definitely there will still be foreign tourists here during the Christmas season. And one more thing, the tourists here are loved by by the caroling children every Christmas. So make sure to be compassionate to these children. After all, Christmas is a children’s celebration since this is when the birth anniversary of Christ is commemorated.
Marbella has a new spa. And the local government of Marbella is also planning to construct a new natural park and an 8,000-square meter at that. In 2009, it is preparing to become the new sports capital of Europe with the onslaught of various activities here. In fact, Marbella will be restoring what will be known as the University of Spanish for Foreigners. The university will be catered to so many visitors and exchange students coming from Britain and other related countries. These Caucasian students will all be getting Spanish as a second language course and this will surely be a boom once again for hte economy of Marbella. There will definitely be a ripple for this in the Marbella economy. The first one will be lots of jobs for Spanish teachers. Even though this is just an insignificant portion of the Spanish economy, it can greatly help the family of the Spanish teacher. The second ripple will be that Marbella’s tourism will greatly increase in the next few years or so. The exchange students who have been here will disseminate the information to their compatriots back home that there will be an interesting place always in Marbella whether it is summer or winter.
The new spa in Marbella is indeed state of the art. It is located in Sentidos en Rio Real Hotel and it is called the Petite Serenite Spa. It is aptly named as such because it is really very unassuming in its undertones. It does not boast or brag and just looks like an ordinary spa from far away but once you’re inside, you can say that there are indeed lots of amenities here. And they have just open in time for the Christmas season here in Spain. After all, Spain has one of the longest Christmas seasons in the world. It begins four Sundays before December 25 in a season called Advent. This year, it falls under December 2. It will end on Epiphany which is usually celebrated every first Sunday of January of the succeeding year.
Everything traditional is offered at the Petite Serenite Spa. Olive oil and a host of other citrus and orange herbs are used to rejuvenate the skin and relieve the dead skin cells from the body. So whenever you are here in Marbella, always make it a point to visit the Petite Serenite Spa and especially so this Christmas season so as to open the New Year with literally a very wonderful skin and body. Yet again, it is not just the spa that is an attraction in the hotels here in Marbella. Most of the hotels here have golf courses and all of the instructors and caddies therein are PGA-certified. That’s why there are lots of five-star hotels here in Marbella because of the inclusion of golf courses. For Marbella takes seriousness in its tourism industry, Christmas season or not.
